This high-performance utensil washer is built for reliability, with a simple TOUCH control panel offering 5 customizable preset cycles. The system also includes digital thermometers and adjustable thermostats, all controlled via the panel.
The model is equipped with four-arm bayonet-mounted washing arms, rinsing arms pipes, boilers, filters, and more, all made from high-quality 304 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring outstanding durability. The unit features a thermally insulated lower tank for improved heat retention, with rounded corners for easier cleaning.
The washer operates fully automatically, with a microswitch that halts operation if the door is opened. Additional features include an electric detergent dispenser, armored electric heating elements with thermostat protection for both the boiler and tank, a ball valve for draining the tank, and an atmospheric system with a pressure booster pump to ensure consistent rinsing at the correct temperature and pressure. These models feature a pressure booster pump made from stainless steel.
